Edward Tallon
Vice President of Content Development
Mr. Tallon has over fifteen years of experience designing and developing corporate training materials with an emphasis on eLearning solutions. In addition, he has spent the last six years of his career in management and senior management positions. At ARI, Mr. Tallon is responsible for managing a cross-functional team of Learning Designers, Developers, Technical Writers, and Quality Assurance resources as well as serving as a point of contact for development-related client engagements. Mr. Tallon has worked with large clients in the healthcare, IT, retail, entertainment, transportation and logistics, financial, and telecommunications industries. His areas of expertise include: instructional design and technology, adult learning theory, cognitive psychology, and project management.
Mr. Tallon holds a Master of Science Degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Limestone College. He is also an active member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), the Society for Applied Learning Technology (SALT), and the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
