George Proudfoot
Vice President, Product Line Management
Mr. Proudfoot has over 20 years of experience in project and program management, software development and marketing, product management, and training. Most recently, Mr. Proudfoot held the position of Product Director with Global Knowledge, Inc. where he was responsible for managing the creation and enhancement of several dozen courses in new technologies and soft skills. Before Global Knowledge, Mr. Proudfoot worked as a principal for several Silicon Valley technology companies in a marketing and project management role. He was also a founder and Vice President of Data Design Associates, a successful financial application software company. There, he helped grow the company from 2 people to 130 before it was purchased by Integral Systems. Before Data Design, Mr. Proudfoot worked as a Systems Engineer and Manager for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Mr. Proudfoot served for over five years in the Marine Corps where he was an aviator and held the rank of Captain. He flew over 200 combat missions in Vietnam as a flight leader in the F4.
