Patricia West
Vice President of Program Management
Mrs. West has over 15 years of experience delivering and managing training deliveries and programs. During the last ten years, she has held management roles focused on the implementation and business management of training solutions for customers, including program management and development of custom sales and technical training programs. At ARI, Mrs. West is responsible for managing PowerU operations, which includes customer service and fulfilling customer business requirements, customer and partnership management, and complex program management involving both the development of courseware and its deployment. Past experience in the technical and training industry includes developing and managing North American sales and technical training programs, contract administration, and sales and marketing support. In addition to her experience in the training industry, Mrs. West was a senior manager for a nonprofit management company, focusing on the management of more than 25 state and national associations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Resources for Seniors, an organization focused on the development of programs and services for seniors, as a member of their executive leadership team.
Mrs. West holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Meredith College and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management with a concentration in nonprofit management from North Carolina State University.
