Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer

Ms. Harmon has spent over 20 years developing and conducting professional training programs for a wide variety of industries. At ARI, Ms. Harmon manages ARI's award-winning course content development activities and provides process and content review consultation services to ARI clients. In addition to these duties, she provides pre-sales support to ARI marketing and sales personnel.

Before co-founding ARI, Ms. Harmon was Vice President of Worldwide Content Development for Global Knowledge Network, Inc. from 1997 to 2002. Ms. Harmon established an instructional design department, producing a full blended-solutions offering, including instructor-led, virtual classroom, and e-learning delivery. She also established a worldwide development certification program for each of the Global Knowledge subsidiaries. From 1992 through 1997, Ms. Harmon founded and managed a national user group and client education division for Home Care Information Systems (HCIS), a subsidiary of MISYS computer systems. She has extensive experience in the management of content development and specializes in consulting with organizations to determine the proper strategy for addressing their training needs. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Moravian College and has completed certification coursework in the field of instructional design. She is an active member of the ASTD, ISPI, STC, and the e-Learning Guild.
