Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Adamson has spent over 18 years in the corporate IT training industry, with the last 11 years in executive management positions. At ARI, Mr. Adamson manages all of the company's business operations as well as delivery operations for client engagements.

Prior to founding ARI, Mr. Adamson served as VP of U.S. Operations and Product Management for Global Knowledge Network, Inc. from 1999 to 2002 where he grew the company's course offering portfolio and diverse delivery platforms. Before joining Global Knowledge, Mr. Adamson was part of the executive management team at Learning Tree International for over 8 years. He was VP, Product Development for the worldwide headquarters in Los Angeles from 1989 to 1995, and from 1995 to 1998 was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Learning Tree International, USA in Reston, Virginia. In this capacity, Mr. Adamson led the development efforts for all classroom, e-learning, Professional Certification, and College Credit programs that were introduced between 1989 and 1998.

Mr. Adamson earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Master in Business Administration in Information Systems from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He has also completed executive coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has served as Chairman of the American Council on Education College CREDIT Board of Advisors and is currently serving as a Board Director for the Wake County Autism Society.
