Project Management Courses
We utilize the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)(r) as the base for a number of our Project Management courses. We also understand that Project Management is not perfect science and have built a number of practitioner classes focused on providing real-world skills, tools and techniques.
We also offer project management courses specific to Software Development Lifecycle functions. A project manager must be able to keep the project on time, and within budget. Many of our courses provide PMI PDU credit upon completion to provide a project manager with incentive to earn skills those areas.
