ARI Selected by Dell for Training Content Process Design Consulting
Experts will create new processes and tools for Dell

Dell Computer has selected American Research Institute, Inc. (ARI) to create a professional program for the development and delivery of Dell training initiatives
The project will require a thorough understanding of the workflow within Dell, an extensive knowledge of best practices in training development and delivery, and the ability to articulate this information to Dell personnel. A primary goal is to gain acceptance of the new direction from Dell employees.
