ARI to Develop Courses for Dell
Courses will support new Dell products
Raleigh, NC, April 15, 2003
Dell Computer has contracted with American Research Institute, Inc. (ARI) to create both instructor-led and web-based courses in support of pending product release dates. ARI content development personnel will work closely with Dell subject matter experts and product engineers to design and develop the courses. All projects have extremely aggressive timeframes due to the nature of product rollouts in the manufacturing environment.
ARI was selected because of its experience working with Dell while helping to develop Dell’s internal training development process. The process will be followed in the courses to be developed so that Dell will realize the advantages of consistency across training offerings.
