ARI to Provide Logistical Support for Dell Training Classes

Services will support training delivery across North America

Raleigh, NC, September 15, 2003

Dell Computer is taking advantage of the new Training Support Services offered by American Research Institute, Inc. (ARI) to provide venue and equipment management for Dell training courses offered outside of Austin, TX.

ARI will schedule and ship the Dell equipment used in these courses. ARI will also maintain the equipment so it is in good working order for the next class. In addition ARI will provide services to find, book and manage venues for the classes. Instructors teaching the classes will be able to get support and information from the Training Support Services team at ARI.
