American Research Institute to Develop Insurance Processing Curriculum to Support FEMA
American Research Institute is Awarded Contract to Develop Important Insurance Processing Curriculum.
Raleigh NC, September 18, 2004
American Research Institute (ARI) announced today that it would be developing an important curriculum to address the critical backup of insurance claims resulting from the recent tragic weather events in the United States. "This is important work and we are taking our role to get insurance claims processed quickly and accurately seriously." Expressed Rhonda Harmon, Chief Learning Officer for ARI. "Our Instructional Design team is taking great effort to make this complex material easy to work with and understand."
ARI is using leading edge techniques to engage learners with games and memory tools that will aid in recall for processors out in the field. Because learners will require access to legal documentation and critical forms, ARI has included the actual documents in the course along with reference materials that will assist agents long after the initial learning period.
