Sprint and Anritsu Select ARI to Develop Simulation Course

New course to streamline training in the field

Raleigh NC, June 1, 2006

Anritsu and their partner, Sprint/Nextel, have engaged American Research Institute, Inc. (ARI) to develop a web-based course that will provide training on the Anritsu Line Sweep product.

Traditionally this training was offered in the classroom environment with extensive lab work using the actual line sweeping product manufactured by Anritsu. ARI will convert the existing material into an interactive CD delivery format to widen content distribution and training options beyond the classroom.

ARI’s CEO, Richard Kristof, said: "Teaching people to use hardware by simulating it on a computer is extremely challenging. We will be producing training that will give people experience with a working simulation to provide learning and practice anywhere they have access to a computer."
