Flexible Options for Learner Support
A key part of the success of any learning program is having the ability to quickly and effectively answer questions and resolve problems that arise before and during learning programs. ARI provides a help-desk capability that supports your learners and instructors. Our help-desk services can be used with our PowerU solution, or on their own to support your programs.
ARI provides customer service expertise that can provide everything from basic non-technical support through advanced network and system support. Users can get questions answered in-person or by e-mail. You may also choose to have a user-entered web-based trouble-ticket process.
You can tailor the hours of service available from basic Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm EST to 24x7.
Beyond the Usual
Our customer support services can provide expert assistance to help you in any of the following areas:
- Provide hosted website to support instructors
- Provide logistics and customer support to provide presentation or trade show kits
- Generate and deliver course completion certificates
- Develop and manage an on-line “campus store” for branded merchandise that students or instructors can purchase (books, mugs, caps, etc.)
- Produce, store, and deliver training material and provide support for learners and instructors to resolve any issues involved
- Do on-site registrations and support for conferences and large training events
- Assist instructors with scheduling, backup, travel booking, etc.
