The PowerU reporting module (PowerReports) is a rich, high-performance report development and execution product for developers and end-users. It consists of a powerful graphical report design tool, and a comprehensive XML-based report definition and execution library. PowerReports enables you to create almost any kind of report imaginable. Reports are built from a number of independently defined and formatted sections. PowerReports delivers operational information to wherever you need it: onto the screen, onto the printer, and to other applications. Output formats include PDF, HTML, XLS, CSV, RTF (Word), TXT, or XML files. Many PowerU customers use Microsoft Excel for further manipulation of the report data. PowerReports provides an embeddable Java Swing viewer for viewing report output and the report design.
An extensive array of chart types is supported through our built-in comprehensive charting capabilities. Reports can contain hyperlinks, enabling you to create OLAP-style drill-down reports.
A comprehensive set of standard reports is provided. New, custom reports, or versions of standard reports can be easily created.
