PowerU Resource Management Module
It takes more than just students showing up to have a successful training event. You also need qualified instructors, training rooms or outside venues, course materials, and course equipment in support of each class or event.
The PowerU Resource Management Module handles all these support resources by treating each as an inventory item and assigning them to a particular event. By keeping track of what is needed for each class and the number of people registered, the system ensures that the proper equipment and training material is available before the class begins. Warnings are issued when resources for a particular session are unavailable so new rooms can be booked, new course materials printed and shipped, or replacement instructors scheduled.
Managing Venues
Keeping track of training venues and making sure they are properly utilized requires a good deal of time and attention once you have more than a few rooms to manage.
